Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There are not enough words to express how deeply grateful we are for the trip that Toni planned! It was amazing! Every single detail was incredible. I have already told at least 10 people that this is definitely the Best Travel Agency! I would recommend it to anyone! Thank you the amazing memories that we will have for a lifetime!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team is incredibly professional and genuinely compassionate—they truly cared about making sure everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, was taken care of down to the smallest detail. I never had to chase anyone or worry about loose ends because they handled it all with zero stress on my end. Hands down the best travel agency I’ve ever worked with. Will be booking with them again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jennifer did an amazing job of facilitating all aspects of our cruise, from scheduling, to paperwork and needed document uploading, to answering questions and being available 24-7 if any needs came up. She did an amazing job for us, and came thru with the trip of a lifetime for my girls and me.

She has been able to provide the best and most comfortable way for me to travel solo on all of my many adventures. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is the first time I have used a travel service in making travel plans, and I was very pleased with the outcome. Toni was very easy to work with and very helpful in answering any and all questions. She also, and most importantly, went above and beyond in taking care of a personal detail that I overlooked, and I will be forever grateful for her willingness to help me out with it. I highly recommend using Toni if you need help with travel arrangements.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A well planned and executed tour. Hotels ranged from modern to quaint and our arrangements were made as requested. Tours and guides were good and a lot of country was covered in a relatively short period. Highlights included a wonderful canal dinner in Dublin, the mountains and lochs of Scotland, hairy “coos”, the Ring of Kerry and the medieval banquet at Bunratty Castle.
A few hotels were harder to navigate and a bit far from the cities where we had free time. The whisky tours were disappointing as compared to one we took on our own in Edinburgh. The Irish guide got a bit chatty with random things leaving little silence for thought or observation. But this only takes away a single star from an overall good tour. It helped me connect to ancestors, the struggles they faced and their decision to leave for America.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My family has now used Jennifer for the second time for a vacation in Disney World. Words can not express how amazing Jennifer was on both occasions. Jenn took us through step by step prior to both vacations. She even checked on us once we were there and her job was complete.

Jenn not only helped make sure my daughters experience was memorable but this last trip in October was scheduled on her birthday and Jenn made sure we knew what to do and where to be for the most memorable experience.

Jenn never once steered us wrong and because of her experience, knowledge and love for what she does, we never had to worry about anything.

Without a doubt, I would, will and have recommended Jenn and the whole ETX Travel family to my friends and family.

If you want a great experience and memorable vacation Without any worries, this is absolutely the place to go.

We consider Jenn apart of our Family!!!!!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My wife and I took an Alaskan cruise through ETX Travel. They made it so easy to travel. They took care of EVERYTHING!! From flights to the hotels and even transportation to and from the ship. They even made sure to update us when our flights had to be rearranged. This is a fantastic travel agency, and I highly recommend using them for your next trip!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sherrill is the best! Friendly and caring. She helped us plan a trip to universal recently. She also helped us arrange for our niece to fly here to Austin. Having an agent really does make a difference. There is no extra cost to you. She will help you figure things out and there are extras only an agent can get, and pass on to you. Also there was a mix up on the airline tickets that she was able to fix for us. Without her help could have been a disaster.
